Music festival heading to Spain
March 12th, 2008Music lovers will no doubt be booking flights to Spain to attend an iconic festival in the summer.
Celebrating its tenth year, dance music extravaganza Creamfields will kickoff in Daresbury, Cheshire, and will move to Vigo in Spain, as well as the Czech Republic, Malta and Romania, according to Gigwise.
James Barton, chief executive of Cream, said it is the "perfect time to take Creamfields to new territories", according to the website.
Creamfields has been held in Andalucia every year between 2004 and 2007. The festival has also travelled to Buenos Aries, Istanbul, Lima, Rio de Janeiro, among other destinations around the world.
The full line-up for Creamfields UK will be announced on BBC Radio 1 on March 7th.
Another event scheduled to take place in Spain is the Benicassim Festival, which will run between July 17th and 20th.
